Thanks for the comparison....but sometimes figures on papers may differ in actual driving....some cars are extremely hard churn out the last few hp, especially car which is tuned for comfort and good FC....the best do test drives and pick according to your preference

1st step to make C-segment comparison. No 1 ever make Forte 2.0L comparison with other C-segment 2.0 so far. Maybe you want to proceed. Good engine should get good torque at low RPM. For 2.0L, having 190nm of torque onwards is considered good. Forte has highest torque. If Lancer 2.0 is here, Lancer wins at 199Nm@4000rpm.

forte is a C-segment car .. but there are still many that compare the forte with B-segment vios , city ..
i booked a 1.6 A forte .. wanted to take 2.0 .but currently no stock available , will have to wait 2 months for it
the 1.6 forte maybe a little bit under power
