I got mine before my 2nd hire purchase payment to the bank. That's was fast, didn't even apply for it!

28th aug - apply via website
10th sep - call the careline to follow up and according to the lady on the other end, should be posted to me by next week.

Just confirmed with BB the 10% discounts does not apply to wear and tear & consumable parts.
So basically the card is not much help.

same here. didnt apply for it and got my card after owning the car for 1 month plus.
havent used it before. anyone got experience using the privelleges of the card??

after driving for 6 months ...NO CARD also...
applied from website...no news
call hotline....put me on hold.....fed up...passing the phone around....waste money'
now apply second time online...2 weeks still no news......stupid nasim.

so.....we have to call or remind them multiple times only they will process......
i apply earlier than u , bro...but so far no news yet !!!
