the phone number is 1-800-88-6292. call lah. it is a toll free number - no need to pay for the phone call. grumbling here won't get you anything or anywhere. they aren't as efficient as credit card companies in this matter so you need to call them to get stuff done.

thanks for the tip bro lowpro... but i dont want to make big fuss about it since it's low priority maaa.. dont know when to us the card some more..

just would like to share my experience.
got my car end of June and i received my card last week.
didn't apply for it when i got my car.
so all in all, every customer has a different experience.
this is where i think Nasim should improve on.
get the SOP's straight and followed by all employees.

just my 2 cents.

I try to use it during my 10k service.. seems only applicable for service charge .. so in the end .. discount RM3.20 .....haha!

apply to NASIM only. went to KS last weekend for my first service. didn't know the so called 'privilege' card can't be used.

Mine done in Epigenic .. which is not exactly Nasim ..so i think KS should apply also.

the card should be applicable to all authorised service centres. better lodge a report with clic if the service dealers are not accepting it!! better still if you have a copy of the bill for clic which does not show a discount that way, clic will have evidence against the service dealer.
