Your bills are exorbitant. Shouldnt they consult you whether you wanna change before they change?
I don't think ATF change is scheduled during 10k km service.
I think going to Juru would be better, can always go to Sat...

I'm not so sure about that since I have never been to other SCs.
On another note, after serviced my 206, 20k, I hear this "ingggggg" kinda noise when I step on the accelarator pedal (never had this noise before). I read the whole thread and wonder does it have to do anything with my engine oil. previously was using 15W40, but now they changed to 10W40? Anyone can help clarify these? You know, those noise sound like "ingggg....inngggg" when the car changes gear....is it because of the less viscous engine oil?
About Volcare, I have lodge a complain and filled out forms about my headlamps as both have some problems A YEAR AGO @10k mileage (the left side pin is broken). but till today, nothing has been done and Mohan of Volcare seems to know nothing, only telling me in the process everytime I called and went there for servicing....

snoopy, thanks for the heads up...i will go back to SC to check...
never heard that noise before, just after service 20k, i wonder what maybe the cause...maybe too much shaking because i often use this gravel road as a shortcut..
