Not very sure in JB who got this EBS stuff....may be can try VIS Auto
Lad at permas jaya, or else have to singapore to get it. the KL dealer
are Pentango at jalan sungai Besi , cost wise for S/V 40 - Green stuff
- rm399 per pair and Balck stuff are rm 190 perpair ......actually i found
out the Waja brake pad are good for our car as well, so wanted to try
this local brand M-Tech G5 that are for high perfomance with temp.
up from 0- 420c...cost about 1/4 of EBC.

Hi Richard,
I might want to try out M-Tech G5 soon as my existing front brake pads are
due for replacement. Any idea where can I find M-Tech G5 in Johor? VIS Auto
Lab?

Do you know who is the manufacturer of M-Tech G5? Would be great if you
could share the product specification with me. I am keen to know the
operating temp as well as brake coefficient.

Have you ever heard or try z.Mevius Euro Eco? How is this brand? It is
quite popular in Japan.

Found the inform of M Tech on the Hypertune magazine vol46...

...M Tech development was executed with fusion of europe &
japanese technologies and using only high grade components from
both words, M Tech G5 has achieved SAE S661 & JIS D4411
standards and G5 are high perfomance brake pads which
distinguishes it self from the rest by using Aramid Fiber ( Kevlar ) for
high temperature resistance ( 0 - 420c above ) it is high reliability as
well as durability, it is highly recommended for those who are fast

Hi Richard,
shop around in JB last two days, no one carry ex-stock for M-Tech G5.
Called M-Trex and they will courier one set to Johor.

I presume I could quote Waja 1.6 for the pads size. Is there any different
b/w Waja 1.6 & 1.8 brake pads size?
