as a deterrent. The thief may break the driver's window before he
realized there's Locktech. Furthermore, Locktech requires installation
(which I've heard there are occasional cases of faulty installation that
caused heartache) and is non-transferrable.

more convenient than a steering lock.
I also fixed the auto gear lock that prevents the gear from moving.
Customised for Altis 1.8 because of the grooves.
The Locktech is about RM400 and the gear lock RM150. Guy came to fix at
my home. Took about 30 minutes to fix. Some places charge RM350 and RM50
installation for the LockTech. Some quoted RM450. Keso version is about
RM500 -RM600.

can pop to your place for installation if you are buying Lock Tech.
The Altis gear lock - you can call him or visit his shop. I saw another
custom made gear lock for Altis 1.8 at Subang Parade (forgot the shop's
name - its at LG) - RM400 plus....

Yeah it's true.. very simple and easy to use, plus extra thing that is the
provision to put an extra lock.. Installation time is about 15 minutes..
the beauty is that, whenever you pull the lever for locking purposes, the
lever will closed the entry to the bolt and nuts that used for linking the
locktech to your car's body..so it's not an easy job for the thief to break
it..
