alan,

sorry to intrude. is if possible for you to share details to this fan conversion. i have always been a DIY person. but have never had any idea to deal with this conversion. my main concerns are bracket, thermo switch and aircond fan trigger. appreciate if u could elaborate. pleaseeee.....

Firstly, I chose the fan from hyundai getz because the frame is about the same size as the radiator. Just make some L brackets and mount it to the original screw position for the fan shroud.

The thermo switch is taken from a p/saga. Send the radiator to a radiator shop and they just need to drill a hole and weld a nut to fix the sensor.

I use 2 separate relays for the wiring. One gets the signal from the thermo switch, the other from the a/c compressor. The fan will turn on when either one gives the signal.

Hi all. Anyone still using this mighty MPV?

 

Going to change suspension soon. Any recommendation of which brand is good?
