As usual, many vios got the problems as what I felt these 2 days 400km
driving:
1. Snoring aircond sound, like hooo-heeee-huuu-siiii, very loud, and air
not cold enough. Like previous thread had mentioned, the cause maybe valve
expansion problem, and also the faulty oil level in Denso compressor. So
guys, how to fix?

2. Got kind of loud & annoying humming/rattling "jet fighter depart" sound
from left side of engine bay, evertime when I depress brake at low speed
(~10-15kmh), with turn or no turn of steering, with aircond on and off
also appear. I think this is the newest problem on vios? SC know this
already?

Yeong, thks!
But do you recognise the problems above?
I expect I have only the aircond problem, but it comes with 2!
To UMWT, after so many months, the vios problem still there.
No rectification done? No feedback from SC throughout malaysia? What a
loxxy company! Sigh...

KSB,

Got your VIOS? 1.5G? Which colour is that?Big Smile

No worry man, just make an appointment with Denso and let them check the
aircond. They will do one of the three things or all of them:

1. Check and if necessary replace the aircond expansion valve;
2. Check and if necessary replace the aircond compressor or
3. Check and correct the lubricant level of the compressor.

The second problem is something "new" ..gotta to send back to the SC, I
think. But when it comes to sound/noise, it will take a great effort and
time to trace it.Disapprove

This is the problems I faced with my new Vios:
1. Boot not so easy to close.
2. Fuel meter not moving when filling up with the engine running. Need to
off the engine to get the correct fuel reading.
3. Low temperature warning (blue temp indicator)seems to on for a few
minutes.
4. Click click sound before starting the car (happens sometimes)
5. Compartment for handphone to shallow

Other than that...cool
