Liong look at it at my 2,000 km service - probably the week after raya.
2. When Oil Change light on your meter comes on, press O/R to reset.
Not sure how many KM interval ... mikhailh mentioned 3,000 km - not sure...

3. 3rd at 3,000 km
4. 4th at 4,000 km
5. 5th at 6,000 km (2,000 - 2,500 km interval from now onwards)

1) hear some whizzing sound at the rear of the scooter?. i've check
everything but can't find what causes the whizzing sound.
LANCE>> didn't hear this ...
2) i was wondering that the temperature indicator doesn't indicated
anything while riding my scooter,y? ( riding from BM to penang).
LANCE>> no issues, i guess the meter can display becoz it's not warmed up
yet (temp. is under) - 1 or 2 bars should be norm after riding for 15 mins
or more. Anything else, will need Mr. Liong's expertise to diagnose.
3) based on the manual and some web pages on the internet, gts 200 is a
8.5L petrol scooter. but when i refill the tank, it shoot up to 12L.as
far as i know 12L is for gts 250 cc.
LANCE>> I believe we got 12L - no issues
4) the blow by hose (underneath the engine), how many hose are there that
point to the ground? mine....... 2.
LANCE>> gosh... didn't notice this ... will revert
ps./ My GTS stuff at link below. Congratulations on your new GTS 200!

New, but minor problem noticed this morning.
FLOOR AREA COMPARTMENT between legs - open/close problem (October 2007,
1,900 km)
----------------------------------------------------
DESCRIPTION: This minor issue started a while back and I think it`s
something to do with "not enough lubrication". This is the compartment
where the "cup-holder" and tray is located. To open and close, you need to
press down on the cover and a spring effect will open. To close, you need
to press down until to hear a "click". There are 2 "clips" on the receiving
end that "grip" the cover during closing. I think they are no longer
functioning smoothly - hence hard to open/close now.
FIX/WORKAROUND: Haven`t think of what to do. Problem will try to WD40
around the affected parts. Will update...
Update (2007.10.20)
Duh ... found out that the method to open and close this cover is to firmly
press on the center piece (look like a button). It worked pretty well; I
was pressing with 2 fingers previously...
