sogo,
u mean all waja have this problem if pump full tank?

last nite i pump in RM50.00 after the red lite on..today i smell nothing
so i guess its the fullness of tank that build up pressure that cos
leakage at the filter part..moreover that my filter havent been change
since 10K ago.

actually the leak did not happen immediately after i pump full tank. it
happen a day after when i took my waja for a spin around cheras &
sri petaling with full load of ppl..quite heavy tho..

so i really suspect now that with heavy load, midday drive & some
jam i have to accelarate more & stop thus increase the pressure that
cos the leak....

anyway i will change the filter just to be safe..

If you open the fuel cap you should hear the pressure release if the fuel hoses to the petrol tank is good. There is actually 2 hoses connecting the fuel tank to the fuel inlet. One for the petrol to go in (big diameter rubber hose) and the other smaller diameter one is for venting. If you don't hear any pressure released when you open the fuel cap, then suspect either one or both to be leaking.
