Yes, there must be a maximum limit that the fans can withstand.

For example:

The heat generated at the bearing that might burn the motor.
The current generated by the first fan that will burn the second one.
The air resistence at high speed rotation.
The mechanical failure of the fins.
The....
the...

name it..

reubenc said he tried it before and it didn't work. I'll verify from him
whether it was exactly the same thing that I proposed.

just an opinion...

since u wanna make the first fan to become a generator (like a dynamo) to
supply current to the second fan, there will be a electromagnetic
resistence on the first fan...and in order just to make the first fan
turning, there must be enough suction in order to overcome the spinning
resistance...and even when it starts to turn..there will still be
resistance...unless the suction is really really high...the fan will not
turn very fast..this maybe would not even create any compression and
instead create a roadblock for the air flow instead...

and if ur thinking of using the 12V DC computer type of fan, u can forget
bout it..cos the effect will be almost negligible..its just not turning
fast enough..and the motor torque is very low...

hope u guys get what i mean..anyway its just an opinion...not trying
to "put lang sui"...and if it becomes a success...how much for
installation ar sifu? hahaha

I am interested about the electromagnetic resistance you mentioned...

I have tried this before (during primary school). I joined two motors
(used in the tamiya cars) together. One connect to 9V battery, another one
connect to the third motor. The third motor did spin. Now, it's time to
measure the voltage generated by the 2nd motor.

I think you have under estimated the suction force on the engine. I putted
my hand at the CAI intake of seanlee's car and my hand was almost stuck
even at 2k rpm.

We really dunno if we dont try, we better come out with a prototype n
tested it n keep on upgrade the systems like "Trial n Error" to make the
autoturbo success.

If the idea doen't work. Then the 2 fans still functions like JetTurbo...

So, these are the material I need:

1. 2-feet long, 2.5" inner diameter flexible PVC hose.
2. 6" long, 3" inner diameter PVC pipe.
3. 2 units of PC cooling fans
4. Glue
5. black colored PVC tape
6. Grid mesh, prefereably hexagonal.
7. 2 wire connector.

That's all! Anyone from costing or QS, please estimate the cost. Thanks!

Time required - maybe 2 days. First day for the fan compartment and 2nd
day for the installation.

When am I gonna start it? When I am free...
