Hey guys,
I'm using bendix Metal king plus 4 almost 2 yrs since I change to
VR4 twinports on my putra gsr 97. Agree tat it vomits hell of dust
but braking power is definetely better than the stock ones
. About the
noise,
I haven't heard much even when I do tyre lock on wet roads at
speeds in excess of 80km/h. I think the noise u guys experienced is
probably frm the stdrd brake pads of ur N/A car. Don't mean 2 sound rude,
but if u got teh budget go upgrade ur brakes to VR4 twinports. Any
competent mech can do it with maintaining ur stdrd brake pump. Problem is
pressure might be insuffcient so hv to top up brake fluid quite regularly.
Approx once every month 4 daily driving plus tat occasional burn rubber
frm the house to the mamak shop.
Cost u abt RM 500.00 excluding the
pads.
Just my 2 cents worth.

So, do what I do.
1) Upgrade to steel braided hose
2) Use Green Stuff or Don Advantage
3) Use Dot4
Woo hoo!
Ok, it'll set you back RM700 or so if you it in one go, that is.
