thanks for the reply.
i seldom go outstation. up to genting twice, i guarantee no brake
overheat and i control it very well. no smell at all. then go to jb one
time.

the mileage is 43K now. i just change the brake oil. and it is done at
the proton edar SC.

what i mean "eat one side" is the disc. i did not use any measurement
equipment to measure it. but it can be tell from visual. and by touching
the surface of the disc. the car did not pull to either side. straight.
everything seems ok. but the left disc surface wear more and uneven. the
right side seems ok.

what could have cause this prob? do we need to send our disc to grind in
certain period? milling process?

So your eat one side is "warping", it can happen if your disc is hot, and
you splash water on to it, the sudden temp change can cause the metal to
change shape. Mine got warp when coming down Genting and it was raining
slightly so got puddles of water which must have gotten splash on to the
disc.

Try not to send your disc to mill or grind unless necessary, cause it
will shorten the lifespan of the disc. If when you brake, the paddle do
not judder or vibrate, then you can just ignore the problem. If it
vibrate when braking, then only you go and mill the discs. After milling,
will have to break in the discs again. Best is to change the pads and
bleed the fluid too when you go milling, then you have a whole set of new
brakes. For safety, it is only recomended to mill the disc once, else it
could break during hard braking.

Now back to my question, any EBC users here?? Darm good pads, but finsih
quite fast.

I also won't use Metal King Plus again. I've changed my stock Wira pads to
this pad & the braking power is just slightly improved .. I want something
better & the hissing sound when I press my brake pad (during dry
condition) is still there. According to the mech, it's normal for Wira 1.5
auto. Is it true?

Currently i'm using EBC Black stuff pads for my Wira Ab after dumping that
stock PBC brake pads that caused that annoying sounds.
