if i make a report and he doesn't make one within 24hours, it is considered as an offense and the police will summon for his appearance and then a report will be taken from him then after that, the police do all the "necessary" investigation will draw to a conclusion in their report then buy that report, submit to the car insurance T__T

there's no way if one makes a report and the other who doesn't, the latter can get away wan T___T

As far as I know, depends on the seriousness of the accident. The other party can be haul up by the police, but if he does not inform his insurance you cannot claim either.....

Same loh, that day following a Mercedes, driving slow on the right lane in town. Horn also don't care, and as I was overtaking from the left, he was on the H/P, and didn't case a d*mn about anything else.....
