Oh, okay gone through the website. Guess if you want to do it, do it right the first time.

And the minimum package should be the Comfort Package.

Thanks Bro Simoniz for the link, will call Desmond soon. Now have to settle the tyres first.....

Hi all,

Here's my review after 2 days driving my car with KL Auto's soundproofing solutions. Initially I'm only interested to try out the Crazy May soundproofing promo as I've done the chassis foaming and STP hood solution at the same place where inspiraguy did his chassis foaming. Upon inspection by the team, they found exactly the same problem where some sections of the chassis are not foamed completely leaving gaps/holes and they only foamed the middle section.

To be fair to the competitor, back then I did experience improved handling and slightly quieter engine sound with the STP hood solution. But what surprised me is the quality of the foam shown in Desmond's post earlier compared to Autofoam. Besides that, the STP hood solution they did for me was wrong and ineffective. Ended tearing it down and replaced with a new STP hood solution.

So, Desmond gave me a good deal for the Autofoam Comfort package and I took it without hesitation. The car's handling is definitely sharper now. Steering feels slightly heavier with more feedback. Big improvements to the NVH as road imperfections are absorbed solidly, less vibration transferred to the cabin and ride is a bit on the firm side but comfortable.

All in all, the Crazy May soundproofing promo and Autofoam Comfort package has definitely transformed my car. Now I'm one satisfied customer and am looking forward to even better results once the Autofoam and QD are fully cured. Thanks to KL Auto for the great stuffs and workmanship as well as the drinks, lunch, knowledge from Desmond too. Hope to be back for more upgrades in the future.

P/S: It's better to do more research before spending your hard earned money. Do it right the first time smile.gif

After foaming, your steering is heavier and has more feedback?
How come Porsches dont come standard with Autofoam?

How do you know that Foam A is better than Foam B? hardness? softness?
Would like to understand it in a better and more informed /measureable way. Seems like a placebo effect more than anything. Shop fella says, after foaming, your ride will improve here and there.

foaming dont help much in handling - many more factors and parts more and $$$$$, or else all plp will buy a Kancil and never buy a car with good handling many many times more cost higher than a kancil - Right? I will buy 1 1st. see what is your handling demand too.....
