What both of you wrote was positive in regard to Proton and its capabilities. I wonder why Proton themselves came across as being so negative about their own products.
I will have to find out how Low works on Protons CVT. It must be a pressure, or other signal from the computer as it is not using a different a different gear ratio when low is engaged

Thats Proton's problem of employing some idiots smarlty dressed as high ranking
exec and eg.
last time at Cameron i did try using L on the steep slope.
i found it to be too low and did not provide engine braking like a normal auto would.
i just leave it in D.
Its very low,if u jave driven a manual 4x4 in 1st gear u will understand.
i think its programmed for super duper steep slope.

greetings kristof,
it has been long time since we meet up to flash the TCU.
Saga flx 2012 jun, VT2 gearbox, now running 36,000km, (not yet change belt, battery (for battery running at 1 year 4months), not yet service gearbox), change plug (but don't know they (SC) really change it or not).
Issues
=====
recently feeling not smooth in change from 2nd gear to 3rd gear when reaching 40km/h or 50km/h when in not very steep slope and worst in steep slope. Like punching forward in short when shifting period occurs. What is the problem?

Just to share..
11/8/15, My Exora Bold CFE (2012) started to jerk near Masjid Negara. CVT gearbox and engine light up. This is the 2nd time. It was raining super heavy an hour before. Called towing and went to Balakong SC. Mechanic checked w diagnostic laptop.
It seems that water from A/C condensation in the dashboard area was dripping into CVT Computer box. The box is located behind centre console panel of dashboard. CVT computer box new costs RM2800.
Mechanic said will try to repair but usually not succesfull and need to replace. Newly facelift model rectified this problem.
Do you think this is a design fault and should I claim from Proton??

I own a Saga FLX since Feb 2014. Recently, the CVT warning indicator (red) on the dash started flashing. It appeared for a moment then went away. This repeated a few times and then it stopped flashing. It had been a few days since it lit up.
Should I bring the car in for a check up?

Very early morning kristof I'm a new owner of p3 saga 2018. Asking some of jerking happens when my car start moving.
1.This happen not often.
2.Then there a time feeling of lost sync with the gearbox.
3.There a time the gearbox resetting itself after a while when my gearbox already feel smooth.
