Ok, I've done KL Autofoam to the side sills, chassis, A+B+C... but the thing about the YF Sonata is that the glass panoramic roof has a tendency to squeak.. well mine does..

So I took it to the SC to get it fixed, but it's turned out worse for wear now..

Anybody foamed the cross-member or whatever's left of the un-autofoamed chassis to get it stiffer? I'm thinking this would be one solution to getting rid of most of the flexing that causes the squeaks...

One thing I can think of, is that with less flex, the chassis will be uber-stiff... but having the stock suspension would be able to absorb most of the vibration over bumps and uneven roads...
