Recently i found out that my reverse light only lights up on the passenger side. So i paid the SC a visit and i was told that the design is like that. To my surprise, this is one of the weirdest design i have heard so just wanna check with u all if u guys have the same thing or it's just a lame excuse from the technician there?

its the design to have a single reverse light. Heard ford focus has the same too.

Hi guys new on here. I have an issue with my Reversing camera on my 2014 308sw at night it is just black. I've spoke to the dealers and they have said that there is nothing they can do. Just looking for some advice how to get just a bit of picture at night on the screen. I guess the reversing lights are too small and actually do nothing but alert other drivers your are reversing. I've read the other posts hence calling the dealers and The links on the forum just show me a bulb change in the vanity mirror on sun visor.

I have just asked  a friend of mine who drove a 308 THP and he said the night view from his reverse camera is quite OK.
He will try again in these few nights on a darker area.

I dunno. There was no feedback from RH78 so we kinda stopped the experiment.

Not sure of 308 rear lights design, but most Contis have a single reverse light only.

Even my wife's forester also have one reverse light only on the left. The right side spots a rear fog light. My engineer friend who like to do wiring design and who has a forester too, design and rewired for me, so now have two reverse lights and one rear fog light intact. The fog light now have a bulb with dual function. White LED reverse light and turn red when fog light is turned on. Now the reverse camera have better view with the extra reverse bulb...
