Volvo Batu Pahat 3S Centre Officially Launched

Volvo Car Malaysia, together with its newest dealer AJ Premium Motors Sdn Bhd, has launched the Volvo Batu Pahat dealership, the Swedish marque’s ninth dealership in the country. Volvo Batu Pahat is a full-fledged 3S centre located at Lot 1005, Jalan Kluang, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor, and is here to serve Volvo customers in the southern region.

Volvo Batu Pahat conforms to the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) and features a Scandinavian-inspired ‘living room’ where customers can relax in cosy ambience. The dealership has a display area, accessories area, and a fully equipped service centre with two work bays.

“There is growing interest for our models in Malaysia and we are actively setting-up dealerships in strategic areas around Malaysia to better service this need,” said Lennart Stegland, Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia.

Stegland added that the sales and after-sales transformation programme is more than just about expanding Volvo’s dealership network, it is also to improve the competency level of its current dealerships to better serve its growing customer base. Thus far, Volvo Car Malaysia has expanded its dealership network from four to nine, with more dealerships set to open within this year.

“It is an absolute requirement for all new dealerships to adhere to the Volvo Retail Experience standards, consistent with our dealership standards in Europe – it is not just an aesthetical guideline but also dictates the level of service rendered in our dealerships,” Stegland elaborated.
