Mondeo facelift spied undergoing winter tests
Although the Mondeo was launched in Malaysia only very recently, it is actually a three-year-old model, which means it’s facelift time. Ford is set to unveil the facelifted Mondeo in the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
Late Jan 2010, website WorldCarFans.com published a set of spyshots of the car taped in camouflage and said to be taken at the European route E45, which runs from the northern Sweden/Finland border down to the southern tip of Sicily, Italy.
The spyshots, which follow a set released in Sep 2009, shows the Mondeo facelift undergoing winter testing on a snowy road.
Because SDAC sources the Mondeo CBU from Belgium, there is unlikely to be a long wait for us here to get it after its introduction. It all depends on when Genk starts shipping the new versions, and when we run out of the current ones.
