Genting Adventure World Carnival, 2-4 Oct 2009
Alongside the route to the top of Genting Highlands, at the small town of Gohtong Jaya, the Genting Adventure World Carnival 2009 is taking place from today until 4 October 2009.
Organized by AIO Marketing in partnership with Yunnan International Travel Services of China, the event aims to showcase Malaysia as a destination for Off-road and Outdoor Adventure. The ultimate objective is to attract the attention of adventurous tourists and 4×4 enthusiasts to Malaysia.
The event organizers also hope to generate greater awareness of these activities among Malaysians, with various activities in place to engage visitors. Attractions, which centre on various off-road style activities, include an International 4×4 Off-road Challenge, Best Dressed 4×4 Contest, and an ATV endurance challenge.
Visitors can also get rides all-terrain vehicles (ATV), 4×4 off-road, and BMW motorcycles as well.
