Brooklands Motors appointed as Citroen Authorised Repairer

Brooklands Motors Sdn Bhd, a leading automotive distributor has been officially appointed by Automobiles Citroën as the sole Citroën Authorised Repairer for Malaysia.
Encik Muhammad Fadhil Ahmad, Managing Director of Brooklands Motors said the agreement between the two parties was sealed in mid August this year. He said that Brooklands Motors plan to start operations of the Citroën Centres at their state-of-the-art facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Bahru in October this year.
“We are currently equipping our Centres with the necessary Citroën special tools and equipment as well as recruiting personnel. We will be working together with our principal to train all current Brooklands Motors staff to ensure that everyone is ready and equipped to handle Citroën customers from day one of business operations”, he added.
According to Mr Philippe Heno, General Manager of Citroën Regional Headquarters for South and South-east Asia, Brooklands Motors appointment as the Citroën Authorised Repairer was based on their proven track record towards customer satisfaction and commitments towards brand building as well as their excellent facilities in strategic regions in Malaysia.
“We were impressed with Brooklands Motors impeccable customer service. They have shown their commitments towards their customers with the continuance of their MG-Rover operations here and honouring all warranties despite the UK principal being declared bankrupt. That has proved beyond doubt that they are a very committed and responsible car distributor”, he added.
