Lower toll rate on Kerinchi Link

As a special promotion in conjunction with the new year, Sprint is offering a 50 sen discount on the toll rate to users of the Kerinchi Link between the Federal Highway and Jalan Damansara/Bukit Kiara in Kuala Lumpur. However, the discounted rate which is RM1.00 instead of the usual RM1.50 is only applicable on the four Sundays of this month.

Additionally, those who are using the Fastrak electronic tag will continue to enjoy free passage through the toll plaza outside Phileo Damansara — if they have also used the Kerinchi Link. This means that they only pay the toll at the Kerinchi Link toll plaza. However, they must pass through the second toll plaza within 15 minutes of the Kerinchi Link toll plaza to enjoy the benefit. The offer is only up till February 8th 2002.

Those who shop at Carrefour MidValley, Subang Jaya or Endah Parade can also have a toll-free drive along the Kerinchi Link. A free pass will be given to customers who spend a minimum of RM50 at these hypermarkets until February 15th 2002.
