2025 Toyota Camry And Corolla Cross Debut At Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) 2024
UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd (UMWT) has unveiled 2 new models i.e. 2025 Toyota Camry and 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross, at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2024 (KLIMS 2024). These new models reinforce Toyota’s commitment to delivering innovative and eco-conscious mobility solutions, catering to a diverse range of consumer preferences through its Multi-Pathway approach.

The 2025 Toyota Camry: Redefining Luxury And Performance
The 9th-generation Toyota Camry sets a new benchmark for D-segment sedans. Available as a 2.5L HEV variant, the Camry combines luxury with performance, powered by Toyota’s 5th-generation Hybrid System. This system integrates a Dynamic Force Engine, a compact electric transaxle, and a lithium-ion high-voltage battery, for enhanced power, reduced emissions, and improved fuel efficiency. 
The exterior design takes inspiration from the hammerhead shark and elegance of the Toyota Crown. Aerodynamic air curtains improve handling stability and reduce turbulence, while the slim upper grille and wide lower grille lend the sedan a sophisticated and aggressive stance.
Inside, the cabin is designed for comfort and convenience. Key features include ventilated front seats, a redesigned steering wheel, and a 12.3″ multimedia display with Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wired Android Auto. Additionally, a 12.3″ full-colour Multi-Information Display (MID) provides easy access to vital driving information.
The new 2025 Camry is priced from RM248,800 for the 2.5L HEV variant and comes in 6 premium colours i.e. Cement Grey, Dark Blue Mica, Precious Metal, Emotional Red, Platinum White Pearl and Attitude Black.
The 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross: Versatility Meets Bold Design
Toyota’s popular urban SUV, the Corolla Cross, returns in 2025 with exciting updates, including the first-ever HEV GR Sport variant. Other available variants include the 1.8L HEV and 1.8V, all fitted with Toyota’s Hybrid Electric System for smoother, more efficient driving across urban and highway conditions. The GR Sport variant boasts a specially tuned suspension and performance brace, enhancing dynamic handling for enthusiasts. 
The Corolla Cross’s refreshed exterior features a bold new front grille, updated bumper, and sportier Bi-LED headlamps. Meanwhile, the GR Sport variant further stands out with an exclusive 2-tone black roof to emphasise its athletic character.
Inside, the SUV offers dark brown accents, a 12.3″ full-colour MID, and a 10.1″ Display Audio system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Convenience is further elevated with an Electric Parking Brake and a Vehicle Telematics System featuring Remote Engine Start.
Pricing for the Corolla Cross starts at RM133,800 for the 1.8V, RM140,800 for the 1.8 HEV, and RM148,800 for the 1.8 HEV GR Sport. A new Dark Turquoise colour option is available, with the GR Sport offering the exclusive 2-tone black roof.

Both the Toyota Camry and Corolla Cross come with a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty, along with an 8-year (unlimited mileage) hybrid electric warranty covering the hybrid battery, inverter, and power management control unit.
