Mitsubishi team in run for good cause
Next weekend, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) CEO Tetsuya Oda and COO Ali Mohamed will be leading a team 50 members from the company and its dealers to participate in the The Spring Mall’s Live Action Run 2012 at Kuching.
The Mitsubishi team will be running in the 21km half marathon category, and it will be in the name of a good cause. Participation fees of the marathon is at RM50 for 21km, and RM30 for 10km and 5km categories.
Proceeds from the Live Active Run will be donated to the Persatuan Dialisis Cahaya Kuching, a local kidney dialysis centre that focuses on providing medical aid to those suffering from kidney diseases and cannot afford treatments from private hospitals.
“Promoting health and fitness for a very good cause, Mitsubishi is proud to pledge to donate RM10.00 for every kilometre run by the Mitsubishi team to the Persatuan Dialisis Cahaya Kuching! This will give the Mitsubishi team further worthwhile motivation to keep going right to the end of run,” said CEO Tetsuya Oda.
