The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) has been implemented in four areas i.e. Sabah, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. Although not completely unexpected, it has still caught many off-guard, affecting businesses and income. Also, SOCAR members and TREVO Guests can opt for their requested vehicle to be delivered to their doorstep with the SOCAR-2-YOU or TREVO Delivery car delivery service. The respective teams will ensure that the custodians maintain a safe distance from users and that all vehicles have been disinfected before delivery for added peace of mind. Further, SOCAR also offers users the convenience of a contactless hand-off with the keyless technology that is in place.
Both SOCAR and TREVO teams are also reachable 24/7 via the in-app chat function to assist members who may have concerns about sanitisation.
