Bateriku.com And ACO Tech Partner To Revolutionise Roadside Assistance In Malaysia
Bateriku.com, Malaysia’s leading on-demand car battery replacement service provider, has entered into a collaboration with ACO Tech, a smart mobility and vehicle connectivity provider. This partnership marks a significant milestone that promises to transform roadside assistance services through seamless in-car integration.
This alliance seamlessly integrates Bateriku.com’s roadside assistance services with ACO Tech’s ATLAS Infotainment Head Unit (IHU) systems, offering drivers convenient access to a wide range of services. This includes assistance with jumpstarting, tyre punctures, fuel top-up, car lockouts, and towing services, all readily available from the comfort of their vehicle.
An Industry First
By connecting the vehicle’s infotainment user interface with a reliable on-demand service, this initiative hopes to set a new standard in customer convenience and safety. Owners of compatible vehicles (any Proton with the ATLAS infotainment system, and not the older GKUI system) will be able to effortlessly enjoy peace of mind, knowing that help is readily available with a simple click on their vehicle’s infotainment screen. This eliminates the stress of unexpected car troubles by ensuring a swift and efficient response from Bateriku.com, regardless of location.
“We are honoured to partner with ACO Tech in this groundbreaking initiative that represents a milestone for the Malaysian automotive industry. This integration reaffirms our commitment to leveraging technology and our extensive ecosystem to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions,” said Azarol Faiz, CEO of Bateriku.com.
Seamless Integration And Enhanced Experience
Designed, developed and deployed through a synergistic partnership, the integration with ATLAS-equipped vehicles sets an example for the adoption of smart mobility solutions in Malaysia.
“The successful integration into ATLAS-equipped vehicles is a milestone for us in our journey to revolutionise and digitalise the traditional journey of supply and demand for roadside assistance. We are aggressively pursuing to replicate this integration with other OEM’s to enhance their respective customer’s car ownership experience,” Azarol added.
In compatible Proton vehicles, this service is known as ATLASAssist 24/7 by Bateriku.com. This feature is essentially an app (available from the A-Store) in the infotainment unit that enables owners of supported models to directly request assistance from Bateriku.com. With a click from the IHU, distressed owners will be connected to Bateriku.com’s Contact Centre, ensuring that their requests are attended to 24/7. The assistance will then be assigned to Bateriku.com’s established on-the-ground ecosystem network within 30 minutes, regardless of their location.
“ACO Tech has always proactively collaborated with local partners to enhance our users’ mobility experience by providing connected value-added solutions that are practical and reliable. The integration of ATLASAssist 24/7 by Bateriku.com aims to revolutionise roadside assistance services by providing connected and seamless solutions directly to vehicle owners whenever and wherever they may be,” said Li Pu, CEO of ACO Tech.
