Chery Kluang 3S Officially Open
Chery Malaysia has expanded its network in Johor with the opening of a new showroom and service centre Kluang. Operated by dealer-partner Li Koon Auto Sdn Bhd, the Chery Kluang 3S dealership is set to extend Chery’s presence in the southern region.
Chery Kluang spans 896 square meters and offers a comprehensive experience in vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance. This new 3S dealership features a fully equipped service centre with 4 service bays which are staffed by trained Chery technicians.
“As we broaden our presence in Johor, our goal is to serve an even wider customer base, reaching out to the vibrant communities of Muar, Skudai, Johor Bahru, and now Kluang. This strategic expansion allows more customers to experience the unparalleled convenience, quality, and comprehensive services that Chery is celebrated for,” said Network Director of Chery Malaysia Soon Boon Ping at the launch of the outlet.
“Our mission is to offer high-quality vehicles and ensure that every customer receives the best possible care and support throughout their ownership journey,” he added, emphasising Chery’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
Present at the official launch were Soon Boon Ping along with Ong Kian Choi, Managing Director of Li Koon Auto, Heng Eng Kong, Chairman of Li Koon Auto, and Azurawati Wahid, President of the Kluang Municipal Council. 
Situated at No. 5 & No. 6, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana, 86000 Kluang, Johor, the new 3S centre’s showroom operates daily from 9 AM to 6 PM (including public holidays), while the service centre is open from 8 AM to 5:15 PM (Monday to Friday), and 8 AM to 12:45 PM (Saturday), but is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Chery currently has a total of 6 showrooms and 5 service centres in the state of Johor, along with 2 body and paint outlets, to ensure that Chery customers in the state receive comprehensive service coverage for all their needs.
