Hino And Terus Maju Services Open Hino Approved Service Outlet For Bus Maintenance

Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has collaborated with Terus Maju Services Sdn Bhd to officially open a new Hino Approved Service Outlet (HASO), specifically for bus maintenance and service. This new service centre for buses will be operated by TMS.

TMS is one of the major industry players and is a one-stop bus maintenance services provider backed by its bus manufacturing technical team. The partnership agreement between HINO and TMS came about as both parties agreed to synergise and leverage on their existing commercial vehicles businesses. This collaboration will also help to further expand both parties’ business capabilities as HINO can expand its dealer service network while TMS will be able to equip their technicians with professional skills based on HINO standards. HINO is confident that TMS’s long experience and expertise in bus repair and maintenance services will also help to enhance its brand’s aftersales services for its bus customers. This will in turn build a better experience for its customers and increase the pool of potential ones.

The HASO concept was developed in early 2021 by HINO as a new service outlet concept that will provide 100% aftersales support for customers and cover all HINO operation areas, especially in the service and repair area.

Aftersales service is also our main focus where we strive to serve our best services and ensure customer’s vehicles perform at its best and contribute to smooth logistics and business operation,” said Atsushi Uchiyama, HINO Managing Director.

“We aim to be Malaysia’s most customer-centric and reliable Commercial Vehicle company and make our country a better place to live by providing Best-fit Products and Total Support, and with this mission, we came with the idea to develop HASO,” he added.

“Besides our newly launched HASO under TMS operation, we currently have another two operating HASOs, one in Pulau Indah, nearby to Port Klang, where it is convenient for our haulier customers to do service maintenance or vehicle inspection, and another one in Bandar Muadzam Shah, as we aim to support customers in suburban areas. We are now in the development to open more HASO in other states as well,” he continued.

Terus Maju Services_TMS Bus_Hino Approved Service OutletThe latest HASO operated by TMS is located at No. 29, Jalan P4/9, Bandar Teknologi Kajang. This new service centre covers a 13,200 square-meter area making it ideal for bus customers as there is ample parking space.

The centre is equipped with 7 service bays and 2 body paint areas. It also has an extensive list of the latest equipment and tools available, including the latest DX II HINO diagnostic system. This enables the outlet to service up to 14 vehicles at any one time. At HASO, customers can enjoy the same service programmes that are offered in other Hino Service Centres.

There is also a customer lounge for drivers to wait in while waiting for their buses to be serviced. Refreshments and WiFi are complimentary here.

The service outlet is headed by Hameerul Ferdhan and his team who are well trained to provide a comprehensive range of HINO services, including 24-hour breakdown support.
