Cycle & Carriage Ipoh Autohaus Updated With New Mercedes-Benz Brand Presence
Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd has unveiled its Ipoh Autohaus that has been updated with the all-new Mercedes-Benz Benz Presence. This is C&C’s 4th Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Malaysia that has been upgraded to the new brand language, and also the most nostalgic. It was at Brewster Road, in 1906, where the company opened its first branch. The Autohaus embraces the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional journeys and customer-centricity, offering a luxurious automotive retail experience that puts customers first.
Owners of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Ipoh can now experience the brand’s latest retail experience, the Mercedes-Benz Retail Brand Presence. The retail strategy, which highlights the integration of digital elements into the physical world, aims to deliver customer-centric automotive retail experiences for modern-day consumers. This seamless customer journey caters to the multi-channel shopper while addressing the increasing technological complexity of products searched for by customers.
The newly upgraded autohaus spans over 56,000 square meters and is also home to a comprehensive workshop that offers repairs, tyres and wheels, body and paint, as well as car detailing services. It has 20 service and repair bays, and 11 body and paint bays making it one of the largest vehicle service centres in the area. It is complemented with high ceilings and large fans for a naturally airy space.

The Ipoh Autohaus is designed with ample open spaces and supplemented with custom daylight-emitting spotlights to reveal the true colours of each vehicle. All vehicles are intentionally arranged in the shape of an arc to maximise the visibility of every model displayed. You can also immerse yourself in a journey with the latest multimedia tools to gain a thorough understanding of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and their technologies. If you need individual consultation, the upgraded autohaus provides plenty of seating locations arranged in open, semi-private or private areas for discussions. This includes the Star Lounge which features a cafe to offer a more refined touch to exceptional services.

Designed as a “black box” concept, the vehicle delivery room creates a personal and memorable handover process thanks to its modern interior design. The Cycle & Carriage Ipoh Autohaus is open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays, and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays.
