Shell Malaysia Appoints General Manager Of Mobility For Malaysia And Singapore

Shell Malaysia has appointed Seow Lee Ming to the post of General Manager (GM) of Mobility for Malaysia and Singapore. She takes on this new role this month and will lead the strategic development and growth of Mobility in Malaysia and Singapore.

Shell_Seow Lee Ming_GM Mobility Malaysia & SingaporeLee Ming joined Shell in 2003 and has held several global and regional leadership key roles. As the GM of Global Key Accounts for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Asia, she led a Global Key Account Managers team to service and grow the business partnerships with Shell’s customers. Lee Ming also led Shell’s China 2030 roadmap as GM, Strategy and Business Development for China / HK. In this role, Lee Ming led a team of 53 marketing professionals that successfully transformed Shell’s digital and social media approach, built a premium brand, and developed effective B2C and B2B engagement activities.

Further, as Shell Rimula Global Brand Manager, Lee Ming also spearheaded various global initiatives. Besides that, she was also the Regional Marketing Manager in Southeast Asia, focusing on growing automotive and B2B businesses.

The company is investing in lower-carbon mobility options and wants to collaborate closely with governments and industry partners to ensure services are inclusive and accessible to best serve its customers.

Lee Ming holds a first-class honours bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Birmingham and a master’s in management studies from the Judge Business School of Cambridge University.
