The Mercedes-Benz E 300 AMG Line Coupé is powered by a 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 258 hp (190 kW) and 370 Nm of torque. Coupled with a 9G-TRONIC 9-speed transmission, this powertrain gives the coupé the capability of accelerating from 0 – 100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds. The enhancement of DYNAMIC SELECT and AGILITY CONTROL suspension further offers an optimum ride comfort and driving stability.

The E 300 Coupé is a classic with a modern spin. Its exclusive styling is made more seductive with the fitted AMG Line kit that includes the signature AMG style front and rear spoiler, diamond radiator grille with pins in chrome, and 19″ AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels.

A new highlight of the brawny rear section is the completely redesigned inner workings of the two-piece taillights. Furthermore, the E 300 AMG Line Coupé is equipped with MULTIBEAM LED that offers brighter and more natural illumination at night. The Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus controls the LEDs by switching between low, partial main beam and main beam automatically.

In the cabin, the coupé combines contemporary style with sporty luxury. The E-Class Coupé happens to be the only pillarless coupé in its class. Retracting its 4 power windows will reveal the open beauty and hidden strength of the car’s engineering.

The essential lines of the interior have a clear definition. The upper section of the dashboard appears to hover; resting on generously proportioned trim elements that flow through into the doors. The exceptionally high-quality materials selected, together with the quality of craftsmanship, serve to emphasise the car’s sporty, stylish character and outstanding high-class appeal. Other luxurious features include a panoramic sliding sunroof, 3-zone ambient lighting with 64 colours to create a host of individual highlights, and a legendary Burmester® surround sound system.

The Mercedes-Benz E 300 AMG Line Coupé is also fitted with an entirely new intelligent steering wheel. The control surfaces sport a high gloss black finish while the trim elements and surrounds have a silver shadow finish.

It also comes with the latest generation MBUX multimedia System (NTG 6) with improved features, with dual 12.3″ displays to create a widescreen cockpit with a wide range of personalisation. The information in the instrument cluster and on the media display is easily legible on the large, high resolution screens. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity are also available for convenience. Other conveniences include a wireless charging system for mobile devices and USB ports in the rear.

As for safety, the new Mercedes-Benz E 300 AMG Line Coupé has the latest generation of Mercedes-Benz driving assistance systems providing cooperative support to drivers. This results in ahigh level of active safety i.e. the Coupé is able to react quickly and intelligently if the driver is unable to do so.

The hands-off detection feature of the steering wheel now works on a capacitive basis, thus enhancing user-friendliness when driving in semi-automated mode. In addition to the standard safety and assistance features, the E 300 AMG Line Coupé is also equipped with Driving Assistance package, which includes Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC, Active Steering Assist, Active Brake Assist, Evasive Steering Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist and PRE-SAFE Plus.
