Hino Malaysia Revival Service Program To Help Out Affected Bus Operators

Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Hino Malaysia) has introduced a Revival Service Program to help bus operators who are affected by the current situation. This special service program is catered for registered members of Persatuan Pengusaha Bas Persiaran Semenanjung Malaysia (PPBPM).

This program is initiated by Hino Malaysia as one of its corporate social responsibility activities to help the tourism and transportation sectors which are financially affected by the pandemic.

With this initiative taken by Hino Malaysia, we believe, our collaboration with PPBSM will indirectly give better support to Malaysian bus operators,” said Atsushi Uchiyama, Managing Director of Hino Malaysia.

This program is offered to all PPBPM members that participated in the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia program, a partnership by PPBPM to support Tourism Malaysia. This is considered an ideal platform to reach the target group of 150 registered bus operators nationwide.

Hino_BusHino Malaysia will be offering discounts to tour bus operators and drivers for the vehicle’s maintenance. Furthermore, all tour bus operators and drivers will have the option to pay in installments for the maintenance service to help ease the burden.

Besides offering this special service program to bus operators, Hino Malaysia also contributed RM3,000 to the association as recovery financial support.

“Customer-centric always be our main pillar to build the trust and confidence from customers. To be the most customer-centric and reliable Commercial Vehicle company, the understanding of customer business need is important,” added Uchiyama.

This Revival Service Program offers up to 50% discount price for HINO genuine parts and a special 90-day payment term for the service maintenance cost with a minimum upfront payment of RM300. The members can also enjoy the extended 1-year warranty term for all HINO bus models under certain terms and condition.

Express Bus_Tour BusThis Revival Service Program is however not limited to only the operators’ HINO buses. To help all bus operators, Hino Malaysia is also offering a service package for other brands (with terms and conditions). Besides this, the program offers free on-site inspection as the buses are seldom utilised during this period.

Dr. Wee Ka Siong. “ I hope there will be more corporate companies taking this kind of initiative to help our society”.
