C.A.M. Co-Star City Transporter Launched In Malaysia Priced At RM172k

C.A.M. has launched the Co-Star city transporter a.k.a. minibus in Malaysia. C.A.M. is a light commercial vehicle brand founded in 2009 and is distributed by R&A Marketing Sdn Bhd which is part of the Sendok Group. The retail price is RM172,400 (for Peninsular Malaysia) and included is 3 year’s / 100,000 km warranty and free towing service nationwide.

The C.A.M. Co-Star  is powered by a Euro-4-compliant 2.8L diesel engine that produces 107 hp @ 3,400 rpm and 260 Nm of torque at 2,000 rpm. The gearbox is a 5-speed Getrag manual while the fuel supply system is from Bosch.

This 6-metre-long minibus has a wheelbase of 3,300 mm and has an interior height of 1.8 metres and width of 1.9 metres. Seating configuration is either 16+1 or 19+1, meaning it has a maximum carrying capacity of 20 people; overhead and rear luggage storage are available. Entry and exit for is via an automatic side door. There is also an emergency exit that houses a roof ventilator.

A vehicle of this size makes for a great shuttle bus, executive transporter, luxury coach or even a mobile office / workstation. You can also register it as a private vehicle if you so wish.
