NZ Wheels Officially Opens Upgraded Mercedes-Benz Autohaus And Standalone Pre-Owned Centre

Authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer, NZ Wheels, has officially opened its upgraded Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus located at Lot 1385, Wisma NAZA, Jalan Kapar, Batu 2, Kawasan 19, 41400 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Established in 1994, NZ Wheels is the third largest Mercedes-Benz authorised dealership in the Malaysia.

Spread over a total built-up area of almost 32,000 sq. ft., the NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus has space to display up to 17 vehicles, with a corner specifically allocated for the AMG Performance Centre to display up to three cars from the Mercedes-AMG performance range. With customer comfort in mind, the i-Showroom in this Autohaus includes digital touch screens for customers to gain a better understanding of Mercedes-Benz product features and sales processes.

The Autohaus also comes with 30 work bays, capable of servicing up to 650 vehicles a month, providing general and specialised repair solutions; there are dedicated bays for brake testing, wheel alignment, air-conditioning servicing, and premier express servicing. The latest upgrade also features Service Differentiation – an exclusive range of personalised after-sales services that offers flexibility and convenience, including pick-up/drop-off of customer vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service. The 3S centre is managed by 70 personnel ranging from sales, technical services to spare parts functions.

Continuing its relentless pursuit of the Best Customer Experience and unrivalled brand excellence, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia together with authorised dealer, NZ Wheels, today unveiled the Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus. Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang also features the first separate facility for a Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity centre in Malaysia, a dedicated space for customers to view and test drive an extensive range of certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz cars located adjacent to the Autohaus.

Additionally, there are separate lounges and waiting areas, as well as merchandise galleries, for the showroom and servicing areas; as well as an indoor garden.

About RM6 million was spent in upgrading the Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus to comply with the new Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) autohaus concept, the global Autohaus benchmark of customer experience, complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI). The new Mercedes-Benz CI goes beyond merely serving as a design concept, it also improves orientation to the customer, supports consulting discussions and naturally underlines the values of the Mercedes-Benz brand as the No. 1 premium automotive brand in the world.

Currently, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has 33 dedicated dealerships nationwide, maintaining the German marque’s position as the largest premium automotive dealer network in the country.

Separately, the first standalone Mercedes-Benz pre-owned vehicles centre in Malaysia is located beside the Autohaus to provide consumers a choice of pre-owned vehicles. This showroom can display up to 8 cars inside, with space for more outside. The Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity vehicles come with an additional 12 months warranty on top of the 4 years coverage from the date of initial registration.
