New Dealer Group Enhances Sales & Service Network For Mercedes-Benz Malaysia
Auto Commerz Sdn Bhd has been officially announced as a new authorized dealer partner for Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. Auto Commerz is part of the Swire Group, a diversified global business group with interests in property, aviation, marine services, food & beverages, and trading & industrial sectors. The Swire Group is already in the business of distributing and retailing various automotive brands in Asia; it retails Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Taiwan.
The new Mercedes-Benz Auto Commerz Autohaus is located at G-1, PV128, Jalan Genting Klang 53300 Kuala Lumpur, to serve northeastern Kuala Lumpur, or what we know as the Setapak/Wangsa Maju area. This autohaus is just an interim location for Auto Commerz pending the establishment of a permanent facility for Northeast KL. Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Auto Commerz will be investing over RM 10 million in the next 2 years into this dealership. This brings the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia dealer network total to 32 nationwide.
Despite its temporary status, the Mercedes-Benz Auto Commerz Autohaus complies to the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II, its global Autohaus benchmark of customer experience. This Autohaus has space to display 4 vehicles, official Mercedes-Benz accessories and merchandise, as well as financial services from Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia.
