Toyota Opens New 3S Dealership In Kuala Selangor
In its ongoing quest to improve customer ownership experience, UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd (UMWT), the sole importer and distributor for Toyota vehicles in Malaysia, has opened another full-fledged Toyota 3S (sales, service and spare parts) dealership in the coastal area of Kuala Selangor to serve the growing Toyota population there; previously owners had to drive to Klang to visit an authorized Toyota service center.
This new dealership is operated by Target Orion Corporation Sdn Bhd and is located at Lot 675 Seksyen 1, Pekan Assam Jawa 45000 Kuala Selangor, Selangor. Target Orion has been an authorized Toyota dealer for 12 years, starting with a showroom at Bangunan UMNO in Kuala Selangor and subsequently relocated to larger
premises in 2013; it has invested almost RM 10 million to upgrade the outlet to provide customers with high quality sales and after-sales services at the location which is along the busy coastal road.
The 2-storey building sited on 1.8 acres consists of an integrated showroom with room for up to 5 Toyota display models and a service centre with 10 service bays that can handle up to 17 vehicles daily. A lounge area is provided for customers to wait in comfort while their vehicles are being serviced.
The opening of the 3S dealership was officiated by Mr. Akio Takeyama, Deputy Chairman of UMWT, Datuk Ismet Suki, President of UMWT and the directors of Target Orion Corporation Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Adam Khan bin Omar Khan and Mr. Justin See Kok Wah. Also present were senior management of UMWT.
