New Honda 3S centre opens in Setia Alam
Honda Malaysia has officially opened its 60th dealership in Malaysia, an all-new 3S centre operated by Tiong Nam Motor (M) Sdn Bhd in Setia Alam. Built at a cost of RM7.3 million that included construction, facilities, and equipment, the new setup is Honda’s largest in the region of Shah Alam and Klang, Selangor.
The total built-up area of the centre measures at 22,937 square feet, and it is distributed almost half-half between its showroom and service area. Its 12 service bays have been designed to take up to 40 cars per day, and is fully equipped with wheel alignment and car wash facilities. Some ten service and parts technicians handle after sales operations.
The centre operates SMS reminders for car collection and also reminder for subsequent services. Customers can track the progress as their cars are being serviced, and those who reside in the vicinity of Setia Alam can even call upon complimentary shuttle services to be taken home.
Sales are handled by a total of 8 advisors, and customers can expect to receive their new Honda in a dedicated delivery bay or wait in a customer lounge that comes equipped with complimentary wi-fi service or touch screen PCs. Renewal of road tax and insurance are further provided as a thoughtful gesture.
Tiong Nam’s service centre is closed on public holidays, but it is otherwise opened from 8:30 to 5:30pm. The sales showroom, meanwhile operates 365 days a year from 8:30 to 9:00pm. Its address is:
