Special road assist program launched for Suzuki owners
Suzuki owners will now be offered extra peace of mind driving their Suzuki vehicles with the launch of the new Suzuki Assist program. Run as a collaboration between Suzuki Malaysia Automobile (SMA)and an appointed panel of insurance companies, this program entitles its members to a multitude of services and privileges, thus making their Suzuki ownership experience a more rewarding one.
Appointed into the insurance panel of this program are MSIG Insurance Malaysia, Tokio Marine Insurance Malaysia and Uni Asia General Insurance. A call 24-hour center is also setup for this program, run by MI Call Center.
Speaking at the launch of the program earlier today, held at The Carat Club, Pavilion KL, Managing Director of SMA En Ibrahim Maidin said, “The heard of the Suzuki Assist program is the call center that provides 24-hour assistance on breakdown and emergency road services, information on product and services enquiries, home assistance services, as well as a diverse range of lifestyle services from golfing arrangements, dining, floral and gift deliveries, flight arrangements and even cinema ticket bookings.” (He kids you not!)
Membership of this program is complimentary to all Suzuki owners, including existing ones, subject to them taking up a comprehensive insurance coverage of their Suzuki vehicles under any of the three panel insurance companies.
Besides enjoying round-the-clock help available for stranded vehicles, members can also have their vehicles towed free of charge within a radius of 50km from their breakdown / accident location. To ensure that nationwide coverage is feasible, SMA tied-up with existing tow-truck operators, body & paint centers, and workshops throughout the country, meaning Suzuki owners can be assured of quick and speedy support anytime anywhere. No adjustors are required for any insurance claims worth below RM15,000.
