Continental Sime Tyre launches Dunlop 4×4 tyres
Continental Sime Tyre Sdn. Bhd. (CST) officially launched two models of its Dunlop 4×4 tyre range on February 14th, 2009 at Genting International Convention Centre in Genting Highlands, Malaysia.
The two models – MaxGrio AT2 and Road Trekker 2 were introduced for the All Terrain and Highway Terrain segment respectively. They are now available in all CST’s network dealers.
“Continuation of the 4×4 range demonstrates Continental Sime Tyre’s commitment to business partners; and with continued support, commitment and teamwork, this will allow the company and our dealers to face market challenges together,” said Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Benoit Henry.
While engineered in Germany, these tyres are produced in the Alor Star plant in Malaysia.
The Chinese New Year and Valentine’s themed gala dinner, was filled with food, fun and entertainment. The highlight of the evening was the lucky draw where a Nissan Frontier was given away to grand prize winner, dealer Chop Swee Hoe of Malacca.
Prior to this, a press conference was held three days before and press members were proceeded for a test drive in 4-Wheel Drive vehicles equipped with both the MaxGrip AT2 and Road Trekker 2 tyres both on and off-road.
