Ex-Audi man now heads Proton’s international marketing arm
Claudius Meynert brings the right credentials for pushing Proton into more markets
Former Managing Director of Audi’s Regional HQ for Asia Pacific, Claudius Meynert has joined Proton as it’s head of international marketing.
International marketing has always been one of the national car company’s weak points and the injection of a fresh perspective from someone with experience bringing in a new model into difficult markets should give Proton the edge that they have been looking for.
Best of luck to Meynert and Proton, we certainly would love to see Proton becoming a global brand, then maybe we will get some truly world class cars from them.
