GRA Round 3 Action This Weekend at Sepang Circuit Carpark
Petaling Jaya, September 3rd 2008 – Make it a point to go to the Sepang International Circuit this weekend to check out the Grass Racing Autosports GRA Autocross Championships Round 3. On a circuit that is possibly this year’s fastest autocross layout, hot favorite Ivan Khong in his red Subaru Imprezza, the current leader and 2007 Autocross Champion may not be able to compete due to work commitments. Andy Kow, his closest rival and currently 2nd in the Championships with a similar Subaru Imprezza may be leading this weekend’s charge.
Visitors to this weekend’s event will also have an opportunity to eyeball GRA 2008’s sponsors’ products, Red Line Oils, Meguiar’s Detailing Products, Gophers Personal Navigation System and Vanli Genuine Parts as they will be putting up stalls at the venue, which is the car park P3 area just outside of the main entrance. Entrance to the event is FOC – what other nice way is there to spend a weekend? And if you are thinking of getting your feet wet in motorsports, the GRA Autocross Series is the grass roots of competition, a sport that even a standard car can compete in. There is even a category for automatics.

Chee Tun Poey running his Mitsubishi Evolution 5 for this round will be up against the drivers in Pro-Grass.
