USF Introduces Autocare Card for Customers
United Straits Fuso Sdn Bhd (USF) has introduced the USF Autocare card for its customers which has many benefits. The services offered are in collaboration with Multi Automotive Service & Assist Sdn Bhd (MASA).
The USF Autocare card’s main feature is its emergency motoring assistance service. This includes 24-hour breakdown/towing support, emergency evacuation assistance from an accident site to a medical centre or hospital and reimbursement for alternative accommodation in the event a member’s car cannot be repaired in time to complete an outstation trip.
In the case of the breakdown/towing service, there is a maximum of RM300 per incident and the vehicle will be towed to the nearest authorised USF service workshop. For alternative accommodation, reimbursement made will be up to a maximum of RM200 per case.
The USF Autocare card also entitles an owner to a 35% discount in spare parts and 20% discount on labour charges when the vehicle is serviced at a USF service centre.
Other benefits include free delivery of new batteries to the member’s location and the member has only to pay for the battery cost; free PUSPAKOM inspection to ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition; vehicle repatriation to the member’s home if it cannot be repaired in time; roadtax renewal reminder; 24-hr worldwide insurance coverage; and a scheme for settlement of a car loan of up to RM25,000.
“We are introducing the USF Autocare Card as part of our efforts to provide greater customer satisfaction. It is issued free to all new owners of the Mitsubishi Pajero, Spacegear, Storm and Airtrek,” said Doreen Wan, Marketing Manager at USF.
Coinciding with the launch of the USF Autocare card, USF has also established its own website at www.usf-mitsubishi.com.my. The website has consumer information on the various models available, including the new Mitsubishi Airtrek, and a listing of all USF branches, dealers and service centres nationwide.
