Just wondering, I know this is 6 months ago have you upgraded your iPad to iOS 5 if you do, you can use the FaceTime app to call your buddy or family when you are travelling and it is free via WiFi if they also have iPhone.
Have wheels will ride, beats walking.

half the time, i-pad with upgrade will not play youtube video quickly like pc.

lancer1981: Still running 4.3, yet to upgrade to 5....waiting for all the bugs to be cleared. In addition to Facetime, you can use Viber....

im using ios5.0.1. mine first gen ipad tadak camera... still no support whatsapp. but can use iMessage la..

Nothing much just wanted to keep abreast with the times. Kaypo about iPad apps. iMessage is equally good. I have been thinking how some reviewers wrote about saving $$ and sending free sms la.

I think whatsapp is better because you can use it crossplattform
