Just to share my not so excellent experience with COE.
Pick up my exora yesterday.
The f***up service officer did not even call to update the status of the car.
Finally around 10.30am yesterday, I called the center and ask about my car.
No pickup till 11.30am.

The receiptionist knew nothing. need to call service advisor.
Awekz finally call around 12.20 pm and said car is ready and ask me to pickup before 1pm as they close on 1pm.

What the f word. i am staying one hr away. Finally she said she will wait till 2pm.
Due to saturday traffic, I only managed to get there around 2.20pm.
she was not even there. if so excellent, why not called me and let me know.
She was supposed to call when the car is ready, not for me to check everytime.

Come on, have some courteousy. never learn during training? or no training?

managed to pickup the car even though the awekz at the payment counter start b****ing at first on the center close at 1pm.

drive back through heavy traffic.

Eractic idling still there. Alignment heavy to left still there. what the ****.

new owner, pls address. i am a proud owner of 2002 wira. nothing much can say about exora.

Else change the name to Center or So So Excellence COSE.

Pardon my language. oh my english

Sent my exora to center of whatever excellence shah alam just now for 10k service and defects.
Had to leave the car there as the service awekz do not know when the car will be ready.
Also do not know whether the defective parts are to be replaced or not.
Technician to check and to confirm. I sense additional training is necessary for the service people.

1. front light berkabus during heavy rain
2. engine eractic idling. sometime nak mampus and die especially in reverse gear.
3. rear light right hand side dimmer than left.
4. aircond not cold sometime.
5. Strong petrol smell inside cabin
6. difficult to start engine in the morning
7. aircond belt make noise. awekz said wear and tear. Cannot claim.
8. alignment lari. awekz said about time to do balancing and alignment

just to share a few

2. engine eractic idling. sometime nak mampus and die especially in reverse gear.
- Had this last time but no more.

3. rear light right hand side dimmer than left.
- Mine was left side. The SC has ordered the part but I havent go there to change it yet.

5. Strong petrol smell inside cabin
- Mine only happened after refuel. Even though I closed the door and fueling.

By the way, there is a part which easily came off if something knock it. Please check the front of your rear tyre, below the door. Inside there is a rubber part with square box shape thingy at the edge.
I was driving on PLUS highway and feel hit something but I checked there is nothing on the road. I believe due to driving fast and strong wind has caused the rubber part to came off. So it just keep hitting the tyre when driving.
Basically I just remove the plastic screw and put back the thing. (I used stapler to tap the broken side).

Guys, I have this curious thought...how/where you guys mount your Phone dock, GPS, Video recording device?

I mount my phone dock and GPS near the Rear mirror and the USB cable is kind of messy dangling near my steering.

Thx bro, I'm sure it will be quite bright when lite-up. I'm thinking of doing the same at the front plus the 4 doors (Red LED) so that when doors are open, it would be noticeable at night.. Since you have 4 more extra, you can try DIY that to your door. smile_big.gif
