It is good value for money considering the AWD. But you have to accept the high FC. Except for this and the lazy rear power window, which I believe is having a sticky motor, the gear shift not perfect, with an occasional slight lumpy downshift at about 50kmph, there are no other major issues. It is a question of time that these issues will be resolved by Korea. Maybe by next update and make it soon, all the issues will be resolved.

smile_thumbup.gif . they are giving bad image .

how is your actyion? still same.

Tired of complaining, all they can say from thier technical, are

1. Whistling noise - test car also have similiar sound.....
2. Gear jerking - all smooth, but during our drive, we can feel thee jerking of gear change, intermittently happening just damm bloody unpleasant to drive.... guess other than waiting for software upgrade...no point complaining ....the only thing end up is car being put there....and still same issues..

Just STAY AWAY from this car !!!!!!!!!

If this gear shift jerking is normal.....better for us to buy lorry and drive....not worth the $$$ .......

Stay away, Stay away.....

I am just talking from a consumer point of view, who thought has got a good value for money car.......Puit!!! Puit !!!!

Perhaps Actyon Owners could arrange a session with CS to meet up and share the issues and to work out the resolution, although Bro Rex4585 has been taking the initiative to push forward the complaint even to their Korean principle. Since the car is still under warranty, the owners are basically tied down with options but to return to CS for fixes.

Good idea brother. Let's have group meeting with CS to ventilate our complains. Maybe the brother r3xt0n can arrange if other owners keen. If possible, get CS to arrange for an engineer from Korea to come and reolve the issues. But of course, we can only buy him nasi lemak biasa as all our spare cash gone to Caltex or Petronas to keep the Actyon running. So no kimchi....

Bro ...don't get me wrong. I am just voicing out the dissatisfaction of getting this product. For the price we are paying and brand new.......it is just not acceptable la.

Infact i believe new and potential buyes should entiltle to hear what we are going through...for this so call car.....

I have brought all these complaints to them CS and many times.....

Not a problem for me to arrange the meeting but currently we have only 3 Actyon 2.0 owners. I don't think the voice is strong enough, unless CS willing to organise and invite other Actyon owner for a gathering, otherwise difficult for us to pull enough heads.

If friendly complaints doesn't help, perhaps the affected owners should sit down to brainstorm the next course of action. Warranty period is tickling and soon it is your baby.

Very few owner feedback online on Korando, here are the few that I found
http://www.productre...ng-korando.html
http://www.ssangyong...wforum.php?f=57
http://www.carbuzz.c...angyong/Korando
http://www.autotrade...g/korando/51971

I guess our forum is probably the most active on Korando/Actyon worldwide.

from bro r3xt0n link.
for the front wheel 47mpg, 4wd 37mpg, UK gallon.

conversion to l/km from 7.6 to 6.1 . still far from claimed.

if can get 7-8 owner , plus rextonhub members then maybe they will hear something.

fyi , rx270 claimed from 29 to 34 mpg, about 8.3 to 9.7 l/km , or 14.94 sen to 17.46 sen per km...yes even after 7,8 years we still can achieve that figure......maybe beat it.hihihi

but the concern here not so much on the mileage but more on gear jerking and window.
