After 1000KM service, Engine oil Using Syntium 3000 5W40 ,The FC improving. Speed average 70 to 130km.

But The max stable speed is 140KM, if go to 150km less road grip like flying. Maybe need to upgrade 16" Rim from current 15".

With full load 5 person inside car, no feel of underpower during hill ride. Quite powerfull

But Road stability, Sound proof and best for non stop long drive, My 4 years old Kia Spectra 5 clock mileage 98K still the winner. But of course can't compare with Saga FLX since price different by 16k smile_approve.gif

yup, saga 140km/h ++ start to float alr...

refer to Gunnerzz bro comment, he is saga speed demon... smile_thumbup.gif

Stock suspension setup still towards comfort thus making long journey tiring, its too soft.
A set of firmer spring could improve the ride. Be very2 careful with aftermarket spring as some are as hard as a rock.

Upgrading to 16 wont make much different.Rear tyre will wear out faster on the inside as the torsion beam has slight negative chamber built in into it. At high speed it will be the same, u will float as the stock suspension is too soft.
15 inch is enough, all u need is better suspension and some chassis strut at strategic location depending on what u are looking for. I would rather spent money on better suspension than a set of new rim.

To know what your current suspension setup is capable of, try installing UR bars specifically the front tower bar, 4 point lower arm bar, rear ARB. U will be surprise of the what the car is capable of. If u still did not satisfy, then by all mean upgrade the suspension. U will save more than changing a new set of 16 inch tyre.

plan to put this?

and this?

Rm31 mileage 221.7km -> 1km 0.139

Will visit the Ultra Racing Dealer for price quotation on the arm stuff.

But i found Break quite stiff when press. Not soft as my Spectra5 or even my old Atos. Any Problem?

Even the Power Steering feel quite heavy.

The Engine is Smooth with Petronas Syntium 3000 5W40. pity cannot use Syntium 3000 5W30 since Proton not recommend it. Anyone use it before for BLM or FL?

My Spectra5 using Petronas Syntium 3000 5W30 till nw and use for 10k mileage. Mileage clock 98K and engine still smooth as brand new. Even the Camshaft is clean as brand new not like those old engine which have yellow stain stick on it.

Thats y i use the Syntium 3000 for my new FLX. I assume it will same as my Spectra5.

fl or flx braking not so good....very wodden in feel.....and very hard to modulate.....
i was adviced to change the brake fluid to dot 4 type.....
so last week i bought a Bosch brake fluid and Kings brake pads at rm170 all....
after installig it was ALOT BETTER......the brake pedal wasnt as stif and abit more adjustable....alot nicer to brake

i was tempted to get the Pro RS steel braided brake hose bt i was affraid it will end up even more stiff in feel....so for the moment its not on my list !

so all in all its worth it......

That was the plan at 1st but i put that on hold as i really need better set of spring to overcome the "too soft" std spring i had on the front. Rear already heavy duty.

Then i realized its middle of January and my road tax expires on 29th of February.......

The absorber is fine, the spring is the culprit.
Change to heavy duty spring will solve the bottom out issue.
I dont recall the price, maybe RM 70-RM 90.
It dont compromise ride comfort.

For normal driving the suspension is ok. If u always go all out then do change the suspension.
