But The max stable speed is 140KM, if go to 150km less road grip like flying. Maybe need to upgrade 16" Rim from current 15".
With full load 5 person inside car, no feel of underpower during hill ride. Quite powerfull
But Road stability, Sound proof and best for non stop long drive, My 4 years old Kia Spectra 5 clock mileage 98K still the winner. But of course can't compare with Saga FLX since price different by 16k

Maybe need to upgrade 16" Rim from current 15".+ performance tyres, performance sport absorber, lowered sport spring, stabilizer and anti-roll bars may further improved stability? just my 1 ct.

Stock suspension setup still towards comfort thus making long journey tiring, its too soft.
A set of firmer spring could improve the ride. Be very2 careful with aftermarket spring as some are as hard as a rock.
Upgrading to 16 wont make much different.Rear tyre will wear out faster on the inside as the torsion beam has slight negative chamber built in into it. At high speed it will be the same, u will float as the stock suspension is too soft.
15 inch is enough, all u need is better suspension and some chassis strut at strategic location depending on what u are looking for. I would rather spent money on better suspension than a set of new rim.
To know what your current suspension setup is capable of, try installing UR bars specifically the front tower bar, 4 point lower arm bar, rear ARB. U will be surprise of the what the car is capable of. If u still did not satisfy, then by all mean upgrade the suspension. U will save more than changing a new set of 16 inch tyre.

UR bars - ok ok can pakai lah, if not too demanding and price affordable, others cost a bomb!
Be very2 careful with aftermarket spring as some are as hard as a rock. - dont use the cheap cheap budget one or cut from the stock one to lowered sure hard as granite but no function - use the good one - like Eibach. Dont know if they got do for saga or not cos I dont have a saga, maybe you have to check with these motorsport workshop?
