Bro fkmfkm,

My abs is lasting 'cos am a SOV driver (single occupant vehicle)
The 3rd item to go is the solenoid jammed at the gear-stick lever.

sov can last longer ??? my body weight is just about 6% of the car weight..

If you take care of the car, with regular service and oil change - it serve you well! especially Japanese car are proven & built for reliability, and on top of that I am sure that what bro fkmfkm must have done over the years on his car!

What happen to the car if solenoid jammed...engine cannot start or any symptoms ? mine sometimes cant start at P gear.

When the solenoid is jammed, one need to use press the red button (with any key) and pull the gear-stick to "N".
This could be troublesome but the safety feature at "P" mode is still there.
The expensive option is to replace the whole set which cost a bomb or the much cheaper option is to bypass/disable the solenoid valve.
As for the can't start at P, one need to jerk the lever a bit for engagement before can start.

6yrs, 112k KM, shock absorbers kinda gaving way, rocking like a boat when entering and exiting corners, fed up and bought a set of Nismo absorbers kit from STC and got it installed today and now body roll is reduced a a minimal giving me confidence to enter corners at 10~20km/h faster than stock suspensions. Great improvement but kinda burnt a hole in my pocket!

Other than the usual "tok tok" sounds coming from the old absorbers and calipers I must say it's a low maintenance car.

just lighten ur foot....wont over heat jor...

or you can get it check with those computer thingy (nowdays even some of the tyre shops have it) to see whether the thermostat is still functioning. mine also at around 200k when the overheating occured but the main culprit was the thermostat. it was too rusted until it got jammed and preventing water circulation.

btw, my 2002 sentra is started giving irritating wind noise around the door especially at high speed. do you guys think replacing the rubber seal around the doors will improve this?
