Upgrade to full-syn after the warranty period is over. It will improve the FC & greater protection on the engine, IMHO.

If you wish to use fully syn on your regular service, you can just top up the difference from semi to fully, not necessary to wait after warranty finished.

Good idea bro surveychan. I think i will go for the full synthetic oil.

How's your ride so far? Not too many owners yet in this forum to share their experience. Either M8 is not that popular or that not many owners know of this forum. smile_cool.gif

Hi All,
Wah been out of the country for a month so haven't managed to catch up and its 4 pages since.
I haven't got around to booking the M8 yet, myself and my wife decide to hold on first cos we want to change only in May.
Had a round of nego with Sales Person before I left, he committed that if we book now then price and interest (2.8%) will not change when we took delivery in May. Hopefully, this is true. Right now waiting game + waiting for bonuslah.

Nice to hear from an M8 owner in JB, congrats daviesjb.
Myself and wife were always on a lookout for an M8 on the road, but we just couldn't find one.
The same on our trip in KL.

Cheers Mirsy.

Hi Bro Mirsy

If you could secure loan with interest of 2.8% is not bad. I doubt price will change & will remain. My SA says that Bermaz will not keep stock of M8 in M'sia and will only will take in the MPV based on bookings received. So the lead time will always be long. Bermaz keeps stock only for the M2 and can deliver car in within a week.

Hope you could be an owner of M8 soon, cheers.

Thanks bro. Feel the same way too about the interest. Hopefully, by early Jan will do the booking.

Bro Scenic, not sure whether I want to trade in or sell it off on my own, my wife Altis.
How u know of any keen buyer for a 3 years old car next year, low mileage probably only 35k then and I install original toyota DVD/LCD HU.

Cheers
